Oh well so much for a reassessment from the lovely folks at BOA.
Today we got our official counter and……yup apparently the folks in BFE know what a property is worth down the street from me.
They must be using Zillow or drunk, unemployed appraisers/mortgage brokers/handiman/investors/etc………..
But I will not give up; I have a plan, it’s not a good one (BP) but a plan never the less.
