Yeah, that’s how many days it takes to close an A/C permit in Miami-Dade County. But we did it!!!!!! We closed the permit this morning and the inspector was really cool; He helped us get the deal done and keep a seller from foreclosure (I truly thank you). BUT…… What has always pissed me off …
