Did much better in Sprint Race 2 bettering my total time by 11 minutes and 24 seconds!!!!
Really happy with my Swim and my Transition’s were way better with a total of 4 minutes and 24 seconds (secret no socks)
While far from stellar (had a 72 yr old dude run right past me) at least I ran the full 3.1 and I still got my medal (because you pay for them)…
Looking forward to Tri Tres and hoping to get times down a bit more.
