Not only was I found to be “Sufficient” for the sale of a Shitkicker but I am apparently color blind!
In the last 2 days I have been given explicit directions in HIGHLIGHTED CAPS; so far the colors of choice are bright RED and “Jello”
These guys have no talent as real Realtors, all they know how to do is put a Lockbox on a home, get it on the MLS with one picture (every once in a while they used the word Non Financable) and they have the nerve to send me directions in color….F@#$%^& REO companies, they are such “Richards”….
