And after further review BOA is re analyzing their original appraisal….no shit!
When I got the news about the “small difference (400k)” of opinion/value between BOA and your Friendly Neighborhood Realtor, FNR went a bit “street” on BOA (causing a small restraining order but that’s for another day) and they are “reviewing” the file.
What they need to review is the idiot who made the original statement based on an old appraisal and not from the THREE, 3, si tres…BPO’s that were done 2 days prior to BOA calling us.
So, we are now waiting for the review of the review….oh and did I mention there is a second?
