Not like in “Wow, this listing is smoking and we had 20 people at the open” hot.
More like “Wow, this house is smoking cause it’s on fire” hot.
Doing a showing today and the owner/agent is showing one of her “legal” efficiencies and when we get back inside, someone had forgot to turn off the stove with a pan of oil on it.
Oil and Heat= Mucho Smoke
Mucho Smoke= no need to legalize the efficiencies…..
