My buddy Riley is giving me the “business” because I went with another deal on a home I just closed on Pamona Ave…..even to the point of probably letting me die next time we run a marathon (or tomorrow morning).

Truth is the home timed perfect for its price point and as a result had loads of action….. and the Sellers listened to their Realtor (Me).
