All I could think of when I saw the Email was this deal was going to hell fast….
After 6 months, countless delays and several “Valuations”, the LENDER has decided to COUNTER OFFER the previously accepted offer of 357.0
With what?
375.0!
400.0!
425.0!
How was I going to break the news to the Buyers that the bank had COUNTERED an accepted offer (they can BTW)
I was just going to have to Man Up and just tell them the new PRICE but first I had to find out what the COUNTER was.
So with a quick click of the mouse the COUNTER OFFER appeared!

These are the moments that I live for in this GIG that I call Real Estate. It’s what makes me realize that you have to be “special” (and I don’t mean it that “Something about Mary” way) to do what I do. You simply have to laugh and say…..WTF!
