Yesterday was one of the happiest days of my life.
I went home around 12 for a quick bite and there by the front door was the best gift a guy could get for Christmas; a large packed suitcase which meant only one thing (better the a Red Ryder BB gun)!
MY MOTHER IN LAW WAS LEAVING FOR A MONTH OR TWO!
The hell with the economy, happy days are here again…………………..
BTW; want to buy 350 Condos in a doomed Brickell building in bulk.
Well I’m off to show properties and hopefully will have a little down time in the afternoon.
