FYI home Sellers, the builders are back and in the swing of things; you know, low balling everyone, telling them that the market blows, that the elections will cause havoc in the market place, etc…..
Don’t buy it, hang tough and they will pay a fair price; truth is they need to start building ASAP and the Grove offers great upside (and limited inventory)
So if you have a “rough” home in the Grove on a nice lot, may be a good time to get it out there.
