For the uneducated 33134 is the zip for Coral Gables and if you list ANYTHING, I mean ANYTHING under 300k (remember the REO story), it’s 2005 all over again.
So I did….HA, let the bidding begin.
Listed yesterday and 17 calls later…I’m tired.
It’s gotten to the point with this type of property that Buyers drive by, stalk the home, ask neighbors what’s going on ,drive everyone crazy and to top it all off I get the inevitable Cuban wheeler dealer call.
I love these guys and with a last name of “Gonzalez” (the “Smith/Jones” of my people) they immediately go “Homey” on me and the conversation sounds something like this.
“Oye asere, que bola, yo soy cash y no te voy a dar el precio, pero soy cash….Blah, Blah, Blah” (but only in Spanish and fast).
Translation;

My reply, “Oye, I’ll get back to you” (but with an accent).
