Chapter 6 “The Request”

After the “CHALLENGE” I had one more thing I could try and that was to ask the Short Sale Lender if they would consider lowering the Approval Price to meet the appraised value of 340,000

Conversation went like this;

Me; “Mr Lender, will you adjust price to meet Appraisal and we can close ASAP”

Lender; Crickets……………

Me; (a couple of days later) “Mr Lender, will you adjust price to meet Appraisal and we can close ASAP”

Lender; Crickets…………..

Me; (a couple of days later, later) “Mr Lender, will you adjust price to meet Appraisal and we can close ASAP”

Lender; Crickets…………..

Me; (a couple of days later, later, later) “Mr Lender, will you adjust price to meet Appraisal and we can close ASAP”

Lender; Crickets…………..

By now, I am a year older (Birthday 12/30) and we’re into mid JANUARY and our approved extension for closing day is right around the corner and I’m in limbo…..so I give it one more go.

Me; “Dear lender are you alive? If so could you answer my previous requests…..pretty please?

Lender; “Investor holds at original price of 357.0″

Me; “Damn, that’s cold….”

DEAL IS DEAD….or is it?
