This morning I had the opportunity to corrupt the minds of young impressionable Realtors.
The powers that be thought it would be a good idea to have me “teach” a sales class……..poor little powers that be…..(me thinks they had been drinking)
So, all started out well because I had this cool diagram to follow and I was rolling along discussing, intros, availabilities, knowledge, problem solving and foreplay and all of a sudden my lack of “under clothing” became the main topic.
Well, I have to get listings somehow……..
