Turned in an offer to buy a home last Monday, fair number, pre approved customer, slam dunk you would think. Ha! this is MIAMI where nothing is what it appears or in this case disappears….like my offer.
After 10 phone calls, 6 emails (CCing everyone) and several pleads where I sounded like a little bitch…nothing, nada, zippo.
Where does Bingo come in, last Friday the property goes Pending sale……
So did I win or is the @#$%^&* Realtor just another inconsiderate boob?
I vote Boob, just retire, give up the license and find something else to do that does not involve common courtesy…
