The Builders are Back.
Yes it’s true, the folks all the locals love to hate are starting to rummage around area 41 looking at value properties.
Good sign; if they are starting to amass properties, we might be in for some much needed new construction.
Hopefully they will design well thought out “Green” buildings with a modern flair….
HAHAHA can’t believe I just wrote that!!!
They will build square Footage….cause that’s ALL they know.
Note to Builders, Think;
Smaller Square footage; Gee what a concept.
Water Conservation; Gray/Black/White
Solar Energy; For pools/generators.
Eco Design; We live in a hardwood hammock….keep it that way.
