Well it appears that my Niece (Fab Assistant Realtor Pro (FARP)) has the same gift.
She is planning on leaving tomorrow for some well deserved R & R in Sin city (really on “Good Friday”) and apparently you know who up there is not taking it kindly…….
It’s freaking April and we already have a “disturbance”!!!!! (there was one when I wrote this)
